Present ideas for the teen boys on your list.
Of all the people to find gifts for, teenagers may be the hardest. They’re beyond the fun toy-shopping stage (except sometimes), they have firm opinions on what they want (or, more likely, what they don’t want), and they’re old enough to make a wish list for you, but you still want to surprise them. And, if you get it wrong, they’ll definitely let you know about it. Thankfully, you don't have to retreat and default to gift cards (even though those are always appreciated).
We looked and found the best gifts for teen boys — gifts that occupy that vague middle space, where you definitely recognize that they’re not kids anymore, but know they aren’t quite into boring, practical, adult gifts yet. If you’re looking for something inexpensive to throw in for fun or are shopping for a big show-stopper, we’ve found a little something for every budget. Whether he’s into art, music, games, TV, or sports, check here to see what we’ve rounded up for your teen guy. (Don’t have a teenage boy on your list? We also have ideas for teen girls, boyfriends, and all the other men in your life.)
Adam: (1) "Although Harvard once listed her as a minority faculty member for statistical purposes" That is burying the fact that she traded on her "ancestry" for years prior to the Harvard identification. Her misuse of that characteristic/demographic/etc. was much more widespread and inappropriate than this article describes. (2) "In October 2018, in response to President Trump’s “Pocahontas” taunts, she released the results of a DNA test that showed a minuscule amount of Native American ancestry" If my memory is correct, the test showed that her ancestry was attributed to South American people and not associated with Cherokee as she claimed. Not only was the amount minuscule, it was not supportive of her claim. If she receives the nomination, Warren may have a hard time answering both questions about her socialist-leaning platform, as well as whether she benefited from intentional misrepresentation of her demographics, both of which likely turn off independents and moderate Republicans.
