Taylor Swift is promoting her new documentary in style—specifically plaid. Last night, Swift’s Netflix film, Miss Americana, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
The Lover singer wore a black, white, and gray checkered jumpsuit with a belt, a matching trench and heels. Yes, matching heels. She paired the ensemble with loose waves and her signature red lip. Because, of course.

On Wednesday, the 30-year-old singer released the trailer for the film on her Instagram.
In the two-minute video, we see behind-the-scenes footage of the pop star on tour, in the studio and at her family home. “Throughout my career, label executives say a nice girl doesn’t force their opinions on people,” Swift says during an on-screen interview. “I had to deconstruct an entire belief system, toss it out and reject it.”
The clip also features a montage of negative press Swift has received over the years, including commentary on her appearance, her friends and her dating life. And it looks like we’re going to get finally a glimpse of Swift’s personal life and beliefs.
Catch Miss Americana in select theaters and on Netflix on January 31.
