In July 2020, Tarek and Heather celebrated their first anniversary as a couple.
Love is in the air for Tarek El Moussa and girlfriend Heather Rae Young!
On Sunday, June 5, Tarek took to Instagram to wish his girlfriend a happy one-year anniversary.

“I can’t believe it was one year ago today I randomly met [Heather] on the boat docked next to me! It’s amazing to think how much your life can change in a year!” he wrote, followed by a trifecta of bright-red heart emojis.
Naturally, fans fawned over his post.
“Love you both together and am so happy for you Tarek. Wish you both nothing but the best!” one follower wrote. “I love a good love story!!” another chimed in.
As a refresher, Tarek got divorced from his fellow HGTV host Christina Anstead in 2018. Despite splitting up, the two maintain an amicable co-parenting situation for their two children, Taylor and Brayden. So much so, in fact, that Heather and Christina are on a texting basis, according to Heather’s office comments to her co-workers in Netflix reality show, Selling Sunset.
Not one to shy away from social media, Heather took to Instagram to share her love for Tarek (and Bray) on their anniversary, as well.

I told myself, I have a beautiful incredible life & I’m going to enjoy this beautiful weekend with my love, the kiddos, family, and friends. It ended up being the perfect day!!!
