When the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise introduced Will Turner's son Henry back in the 2007 movie At World's End, he was just a cute lil kid played by actor Dominic Scott Kay.

Now the character is all grown up and stars in the franchise's forthcoming fifth installment, Dead Men Tell No Tales, with a different actor named Brenton Thwaites playing Henry.

As I watched a behind-the-scenes look at the movie, I happened to notice something ... important.

Brenton Thwaites is super hot. (That is basically my whole observation, sorry, don't sue me.)

Need more evidence?

OK, here we go.

He's mastered the art of perfectly messy bedhead.

He has the soulful eyes of a puppy dog.

He can play guitar.

Watch him in the teaser clip below - he's the dude who appears at 1:03 with the Australian accent.

"This film is exciting," Brenton said. "There's something huge happening every day [on set], so it has an energy and a force behind it that I've never really experienced before."

He stars opposite Kaya Scodelario as Carina Smyth. Until Dead Men Tell No Tales hits theaters on May 26, I'll be in my room practicing my Australian accent and swashbuckling pirate swagger to impress Brenton, should we ever happen to meet.
