Minnesota has no shortage of wildlife. Every once in a while we're lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a deer, a wolf, maybe even a bear. WCCO Saturday Morning – March 15, 2013

Wolves are intense creatures, but even they are not impervious to the power of a good old-fashioned belly rub.

Photographer Shelby Bower came upon a wolf named Maiah while visiting the wolf education facility in Cocolalla, ID. She looked like she needed a bit of attention, so Bower treated her like any normal pup and rubbed her stomach.

We've never seen such a terrifying animal look so adorable! Aww.
