  • SZA just shared behind the scenes photos from her "Good Days" music video on Instagram.

  • The singer's toned core is abs-olutely stealing the show in all of the pics.

  • SZA, who previously weighed 200 pounds, has opened up about her weight loss and eating a veggie-packed diet.

It's a good day for abs, showing them off especially. SZA flaunted her very own set of toned abs in a series of behind the scenes photos from her new "Good Days" music video.

From hanging out in a forest to pole dancing in a library, SZA's six pack is front and center. Her vocals and moves are on point, too, but her abs are truly stealing the show.

And, SZA has worked hard for her strong bod. She's previously opened up about losing weight and embracing a healthy lifestyle.

The "Hit Different" singer wasn't always comfortable showing off her abs or the rest of her bod. "I’ve consistently been dressing in baggy clothes because I was heavy. I was 200 pounds, but that’s not really public knowledge. I was a lot bigger, so wearing baggy clothes [was] not so much as a '90s thing, it was what was comfortable and what fit," she told Coveteur. "When I lost weight I didn’t want to wear baggy clothes anymore. I worked really hard not to have to wear baggy clothes. And now I just feel like it’s how I’m generally comfortable. Instead of doing just what was available, I can wear what I want, and that’s a blessing."

You can see her abs in motion and enjoy her music in the official video:

A big part of her weight loss included eating healthy. SZA didn't follow one specific diet, but she explained her eating style on Twitter: "Really don’t know a name for it lmao no red meat (mostly fish ) no dairy no wheat no sugar.. high veggie ..complex carbs only (squash , avocado . sweet potato ect) hella water dassii."

SZA is also into outside workouts for her physical and mental health. "I hit the forest, or I hit the park, or I do a lot of walks, a lot of exercises," she told Billboard. "Sitting still and meditating is a component for me, but it's not my key component. I need to be outside amongst trees, and among anything nature-based. I'll drive really far to get there and I don't mind."
