There's nothing the Swedish royals love more than a color-coordinated photoshoot, and this summer's portraits, which feature the family in various shades of pale blue and white, don't disappoint.
Above is a new photo of Crown Princess Victoria and her husband, Prince Daniel, along with their two children Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar, all looking quite folksy there with a donkey.
And here is Victoria's family alongside her parents, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia. I suppose when you're the King, it's okay to break the color palette and wear bright teal pants.
The third family portrait is of Victoria's younger brother, Prince Carl Philip, his wife Princess Sofia and their two adorable children, 2-year-old Prince Alexander and 11-month-old Prince Gabriel.
It's been a busy summer for the Swedish royals. In late July, thieves stole the family's crown jewels. In total, an orb and two crowns were removed from a cathedral in Strangnas. "It is not possible to put an economic value on this, it is invaluable items of national interest," police spokesperson Thomas Agnevik said.
At press time, the jewels are still missing and the perpetrators are still at large.
In happier news, a few weeks ago, Princess Madeleine announced that her family is moving to Florida (yes, the Florida in the United States) later this fall.
"Princess Madeleine has a great commitment to children's rights and will continue working with the World Childhood Foundation and, through the move, be able to focus more on the activities in the United States," reads a statement from the palace.
At this point, it's unclear exactly where in the Sunshine State they plan to settle. A portrait of her family (below) was released in tandem with that news. They opted to wear a variety of pastels for their shoot.
