ICYMI, Lady Gaga is continuing her legacy as a total triple-threat with an upcoming role in fashion crime drama House of Gucci.
In the move she plays the role of Patrizia Reggiani, AKA the ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci (Guccio Gucci's grandson, played by Adam Driver). It's unlikely you missed it, however, due to the already viral images showingGaga feeding Driver a sandwich on set.
But if you are new to the Gaga-Driver fan club - welcome. You're joining us at a great time - today we're celebrating new images unveiled this week, showing Gaga on her way to MARRYING Driver, in what People magazine suggested was a scene depicting the marriage between the actors' characters.
There were no oversized sandwich dramas on this occasion - but there was one particular oversized brunette beehive, paired with sweeping glamour-bangs.
The gown - oh my god, the gown - is a white a-line number, with floral lace overlay to match a beautifully intricate veil. Accessories include delicate droplet diamonds, buckle detail silk shoes and in some leaked photos, an extremely extra orchid bouquet.
Though we're used to seeing Gaga as a platinum artpop goddess, this look somehow also just... fits? Gaga herself is Italian (her real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta and don't you forget it), and so it's no wonder she pulls off the Gucci look so incredibly well.
