Stocks mixed, Trump reaches deal on ZTE

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are mixed as President Trump reaches deal on ZTE. The energy (XLE) sector is most in the green, and the technology (XLK) sector is most in the red. Alan Valdes, director of floor operations at Silverbear Capital, joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets. To discuss the other big stories of the day, Yahoo Finance’s Seana Smith is joined by Yahoo Finance tech reviewer Dan Howley and Dion Rabouin.
