Stocks inch higher, President Trump to sign tax bill in 2018
Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are higher after the tax bill finally cleared Congress and sits on President Trump’s desk (likely until the new year). The financial (XLF) and energy (XLE) sectors are the most in the green, and the utilities (XLU) sector is most in the red.
