Starbucks Japan Is Releasing Cherry Blossom DrinksInstagram/@candyhunting

Starbucks never fails to bring us the best seasonal and limited-edition drinks. It practically invented the cult-following of PSL season and gives us everything from classic holiday drinks (shoutout Caramel Brulée lattes) to periodic, trendy creations like the Unicorn Frappuccino. The latest limited-edition blends Starbucks plans to thrust upon us are bright pink cherry blossom drinks that look almost too gorgeous to consume–and you can only get ahold of them in Japan.

The Sakura Milk Pudding Frappuccino and Sakura Milk Latte will hype you up for spring. The Frapp will have a rich milk base with “jelly-like pudding pieces” in it, according to Tokyo-based site Sora News 24. Cherry tree leaf extract and sakura strawberry sauce will give it its flavor and aroma. On top, there will be whipped cream and colored roasted rice pieces. The latte (that no, doesn’t actually have coffee in it) will be made of sakura strawberry sauce and milk with the same toppings as the Frapp.

Oddly enough, the Frapp will only be available in a tall size from February 15 to 25. Maybe they don't have enough milk pudding on hand to make larger sizes? The latte will be available in all sizes from February 15 to March 12.

If you go for the frap, it looks like you might get a cherry blossom-themed to-go cup with your order, too. Starbucks is nothing if not committed to its themes. Word on the street is that Starbucks Japan also released a whole line of cherry blossom drinkware. Get all of the cherry blossom goodness while you can, or live vicariously through others!
