Senior writer at 405 Magazine, Greg Horton, broke the news on Twitter on Feb. 25, dubbing it “Definitely the biggest beverage news this year for Oklahoma.” The fast food chain has partnered with Coop Ale Works to create the Citrus and Tropical variety packs.

As seen in the picture, the Citrus pack includes Original Limeade, Cherry Limeade, Classic Lemonade, and Lemon Berry flavors. The Tropical option consists of Ocean Water, Melon Medley, Mango Guava, and Orange Pineapple. Each pack has 12 cans, three of each flavor.

You may have noticed that the flavors mimic slushies and lemonades/limeades that are on the actual SONIC menu. The beloved Cherry Limeade Slush is sure to cause people to reach for the Cherry Limeade Hard Seltzer first, but all of them look worthy of trying, if you ask us.

Apparently, the new SONIC Hard Seltzers will hit shelves beginning on May 1, but we’re still awaiting the brand to make an official announcement. Until then, we’re going to think positive that we’ll be sipping these all summer long.
