Someone Asked Meghan Markle If She Still Watches 'Suits' and Her Answer Was a Solid NOPE
Today in news that has shaken me to my very core, Meghan Markle reportedly revealed that she no longer watches USA's Suits. Which...EXCUSE ME?
The Duchess shared this surprising nugget of information at the Coach Core Awards on Monday, where People reports that identical twins Luke and Elliott Rainbird asked if she'd seen the show's new season of Suits, and Meghan "said no before turning the conversation back to Coach Core."
The Duchess left the show along with Patrick J. Adams in season seven, and has been "replaced" (so to speak) by Katherine Heigl. Why she wouldn't want to see Katherine Heigl take on Suits is a mystery that will haunt me 'til the end of time (sorry, I'm very dramatic), but it's clear that Meghan loved her time on the show.
"I don’t see it as giving anything up. I just see it as a change," she said during her first interview with Prince Harry."It’s a new chapter, right? And also, keep in mind, I’ve been working on [Suits] for seven years. We were very, very fortunate to have that sort of longevity on a series. I’ve ticked this box, and I feel very proud of the work I’ve done there, and now it’s time to work with [Harry] as a team."
