Sofia Coppola's daughter, Romy, is the nepo baby of the week.

She went viral for a TikTok in which she revealed that she is grounded, and attempted to make a pasta dish. "Make a vodka sauce pasta with me because I’m grounded," Romy says in a since-deleted clip. "I tried to charter a helicopter from New York to Maryland on my dad’s credit card because I wanted to have dinner with my camp friend."

Later on she said her parents "don’t want me to be a nepotism kid, but TikTok is not gonna make me famous, so it doesn’t really matter." (You can watch the full video here; Romy has since deleted her TikTok account.)

The video immediately went viral.

"Her grounded teen daughter making a single TikTok and being immediately acclaimed as a filmmaking genius across the web has gotta feel like a worst-case scenario for Sofia Coppola," writer Malcolm Harris tweeted.

With all this attention, many are curious: Who is Sofia Coppola's daughter? Here's everything you need to know about Romy Mars Croquet:

Her mom is Sofia Coppola and her dad is Thomas Mars.

Her parents met while working on The Virgin Suicides. Coppola, famously, is a nepo baby herself—she's the daughter of Eleanor Coppola and Francis Ford Coppola. Thomas Mars, born Thomas Pablo Croquet, is a French musician who is the lead singer of Phoenix. He won a Grammy award in 2010, which Romy showed off in her TikTok.

Her parents got married in August 2011, when Romy was 4.

She was born in Paris, and lives in New York City.

Romy was born in November 2006 in Paris, but was raised in New York City.

"I’m in New York City but I go to Paris every month," her dad, Thomas, said in an interview in 2018. "So, we still work in Paris. And I return when we recorded enough material to keep on working even if we live far from each other. Once we have everything we would see each other again. We have to see each other because working far from each other is a really frustrating process. Not only for the music but also for your relationship. To be on your own in front of the computer is the life of more and more people. They work from their home but I think that’s a sad thing. It has not the same vibe. It’s just lonely and sad."

She has one younger sister, Cosima.

Cosima is 12 years old.

We don't know where she goes to camp.

But she clearly loves her camp friends, as evidenced by her TikTok!
