From Cosmopolitan

Gather round, because we’re here to talk about Nick Cannon’s net worth. Which, to be clear, is not nearly big enough, considering what he’s had to endure on The Masked Singer. Nick, man I pray for nightly, is currently hosting America’s most frightening reality competition, in which he’s forced to stand on stage while a bunch of possessed “celebrities” (emphasis on those quotation marks) dance around in what are clearly demonic costumes. Nick Cannon is out here risking his life on the weekly for your entertainment, and it’s only a matter of time before The Kangaroo eats him. Look how hungry she looks! LOOK INTO HER EYES!

The good news? Nick makes decent money, so let’s dig into his assets before any of these furry monsters dig into his soul.

What Does Nick Cannon Make from ’Masked Singer?‘

Unclear at this point. But considering the show’s popularity kinda came outta nowhere (I can only assume The Egg cast a spell on America?), he probably makes a decent amount. In fact, Nick recently signed a giant overall deal with Fox, so something tells me he’s cleaning up. Yay! Good for Nick Cannon, the Egg rejoices!

Don’t Forget About America’s Got Talent, Friends

Nick apparently made $70,000 per episode as the host of America’s Got Talent (which he left in 2017), and of course, that’s on top of his many, many, many other gigs. Nick has hosted Wild ’N Out for years, plus he started his own freakin’ record label, and dropped a studio album. Oh, and he’s had a successful career in radio, is currently the chairman of TeenNick for Nickelodeon (??!?!? okay!), and has a new daytime talk show.

I MEAN, IS THERE ANYTHING HE CAN’T DO?

Wait, So Did Nick Get Money in the Mariah Carey Divorce?

Nope! In fact, according to TMZ, the former couple’s divorce settlement revealed that Nick earned $2.7 million in 2014, so he was required to put aside $5,000 per month in a trust for his kids. That said, he and Mariah did sell a giant Bel Air mansion for $9 million in 2015, so presumably he got a cut of that!

So, What's Nick’s Net Worth?

Nick has a reported $30 million to his name, which isn’t that surprising given the fact that he’s working approximately 8,000 jobs at one time. But again, that sum is not nearly enough considering what the Banana and the Egg have put him through. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE, YOU COWARDS!
