A cranky French bulldog’s emotional meltdown is cracking people up all across TikTok.
Viral sensation Walter (@waltergeoffrey) is known for his epic tantrums. But when his mom posted his latest dramatic performance, she gained over 1.1 million views and 240,000 likes.
Now, much like the black Lab who pretended to be a baby human while on a walk with her mom, Walter’s waterworks are reminding TikTokers that, at the end of the day, there isn’t much difference between dogs and babies.

“Just throwing tantrums all around Southern California,” the viral video’s caption reads.
As Walter’s owner explains, the French bulldog missed his nap that morning — resulting in emotions running very high during a walk with his sibling, a fellow Frenchie named Charlotte.
Despite all his owner’sattempts to calm Walter and prevent a meltdown, the French bulldog clearly needed to let his feelings out.
After starting out with a few sad whimpers, Walter finally releases his screams and cries of despair — much to the delight of TikTokers everywhere.

Even the dog company Chewy had something to say about Walter’s meltdown. “He said mom, I’m not keeping this emotions bottled up any longer!!!” was the comment.
Walter, whose verified TikTok account boasts over 800,000 followers, teaches us that it’s healthy to express our feelings — and reminds us that, sometimes, you just need a good cry.
