Skin Care Brand Topicals Adds New Mists to Its Product Lineup

Topicals is coming to us with revamped versions of our fave products, Faded and Like Butter. Today, July 28, the brand is extending its line with two new body mists: Faded Brightening & Clearing Mist and Like Butter Hydrating & Soothing Mist.

Founded by Olamide Olowe, the Gen-Z beauty brand launched in 2020 with the now-famous Faded in a serum formula meant to address sun scarring, marks, and spots; and Like Butter, an eczema-safe face mask with a thick, whipped consistency meant to restore dry skin and repair the skin barrier. The new accompanying body mists aim to tackle those same issues beyond the face.

The Faded Mist is formulated with actives like tranexamic acid and glycolic acid, and the spray format makes it easier to reach all parts of your body where there may be dark patches or regions of discoloration. Topicals recommends using 1-2 times a week and building up to daily use and applying on clean, dry skin, and allowing the mist to dry before moisturizing.

The Like Butter Mist aims to calm irritation. It is formulated with ingredients like green tea and allantoin, which help with sunburned, chafing, dry skin and can even be used on peeling tattoos. Topicals recommends daily use in the morning and at night, and of course applying on clean, dry skin and allowing the mist to dry before moisturizing.

Faded Brightening & Clearing Mist and Like Butter Hydrating & Soothing Mist are both out now and available to purchase at mytopicals.com. They cost $30 and $28 respectively. They will also be available at sephora.com in late August.
