Halloween is coming up you guys(!!!) and, it seems, Simone Biles is already in the spirit. She posted snapshot of herself working a Wonder Woman costume in her Instagram Stories, and it’s everything.

In the pic, Simone is owning the classic WW look, complete with armbands and flowy curls. It’s not clear if it’s an outfit from her Gold Over America tour, which has a whole superhero segment, or an actual Halloween costume she’s considering. Either way, her legs look super toned, of course.

The 24-year-old works hard for those muscles because, hello, gymnastics GOAT over here! How hard? She previously told Women's Health that she spends about five or six hours a day training at the gym, along with plenty of cross-training.

Here's her snap:

Before the 2016 Olympics, Simone told Women’s Health that she and her teammates “swam twice a week—almost a mile!” She added, “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run.”

The year before that, Simone said that they would bike 10 miles outside once a week or run a mile before practice. “As soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute Jello,” she joked.

Speaking of those legs…Simone said she actually likes to do leg days. “Those exercises come pretty easily to me,” she said. “I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning and they won't be too sore.”

Simone eats well, too, although she’s not too strict about it. “I do not track anything,” she told WH. "I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym.”

That usually means having a light breakfast of oatmeal or fruit, followed by a protein shake after her first workout. Dinner or lunch is “usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill,” she said.

Now, where can I get that costume?
