Simone Biles is still glowing from her recent engagement to fiancé Jonathan Owens.

They're currently on a beach vacay together and celebrating her 25th birthday.

Simone has been posting pics of the two totally loved up, and I love seeing her so happy! And in a new solo IG pic, Simone shared a snap of herself looking super strong and fit in a neon green bikini with a matching bucket hat.

"wear your greens kids 🥝🥒🥑🫑🥦🫒," she captioned the pic.

And she got lots of shoutouts for her ensemble.

Her fiancé Jonathan commented, "😋😋😋😋😋," and gymnast Nastia Liukin wrote, "👏👏👏".

She also posted a cute St. Paddy's-themed snap on Instagram:

Clearly, Simone is still spending plenty of time in the gym post-Olympics.

The gold medalist told Women's Health that she usually spends around five or six hours a day working up a sweat.

Outside of the gym, she also does cross-training. "We swam twice a week—almost a mile!" she explained, before the 2016 Olympics. "I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run."

This past fall, Simone was also part of Athleta's Gold Over America Tour, where she traveled from city to city showing off her impressive gymnastics skills alongside other amazing athletes.

As for her diet, Simone tries to keep a healthy perspective on what she eats. “I do not track anything,” she told Women's Health. "I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym.”

To fuel herself, breakfast is usually a quick bowl of oatmeal or some fruit, and then it's off to a.m. practice, where she drinks plenty of water and sips on a protein shake to help her muscles recover.

Lunch is usually takeout or a quick meal Simone whips up herself.

"If I cook, though, it's usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill," she said. For dinner, she tends to order out. "If I'm feeling like a little bit of a less healthy meal, I get pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken," Simone shared.

And for dessert, Simone bakes. "I do bake chocolate chip cookies myself and whenever I do I usually make s'mores cookies," she told WH. "I put a graham cracker at the bottom, marshmallows and chocolate on the top, and then I wrap it in cookie dough and bake it. That's my favorite cookie to bake."

I gotta try that!!!
