The exact hair and makeup products models used at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

For those of us with full-time jobs and no access to hair and makeup teams, the prospect of looking like a Victoria’s Secret angel is probably not the most realistic. But there’s an easy way for us mere mortals to recreate those gorgeous Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show models’ looks — borrow their hair and makeup tips.

This year’s makeup was a take on natural-looking glamour, created by celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury. “The look is an angelic filter for the face that enhances what nature has naturally blessed you with — with this look you will cast a spell on the world,” Tilbury said in a statement. And the models’ hair, styled by Conair stylist Anthony Turner, was “the most undone it’s ever been.” He explained, “The inspiration is a gorgeous, healthy texture — it’s aspirational, and the kind of hair everyone wants. At the same time, we’ve taken it downtown a bit for a very natural, real look. We are just making them a better version of themselves.”

While some of the products that dominated backstage were pretty pricey (the thought of a $100 “Magic Cream” is pretty jaw-dropping), some were surprisingly affordable (like the $14 mascara the models used) — and others are well worth the cost. We rounded up the best hair and makeup products from backstage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, all of which will make you feel like a real-life angel.
