  • The 64-year-old actress posed topless with her glistening abs on full display for all to see.

  • Sharon enjoys incorporating Pilates, yoga, and strength training into her versatile fitness routine, as well as meditation to increase her mental wellness.

Sharon Stone is embracing the summer heat in a very happy and very spicy new Instagram photo. In the pic, you can see Sharon throwing her head back while laughing, and TBH she's giving the sun a run for its money with that beaming smile.

In her candid pose, Sharon provides a revealing glimpse into her sunny summer afternoon—gold necklaces, bikini bottoms, no top, and all. And the whole thing somehow just emphasizes her washboard abs and her mega-defined legs. All in all, Sharon is just killing the game.

"Gratefully Imperfect on a Perfect Day ❣️," she captioned the picture. IMO, she looks pretty flawless, but love the greater message. Sharon is embracing her imperfections (whatever they may be) and finding joy in her day.

Fans were so into her show of confidence: "Thank you for showing us that we are beautiful no matter our age or what life has done to our bodies," one follower said. Another stated the obvious: "I don’t see one single imperfection, Queen! 🔥." What an inspiration!

The 64-year-old actress likes doing Pilates three to five times a week, she said in an interview with WebMD back in 2017. "On a good day I might work really hard for an hour and 15 minutes on a Pilates machine. If my body doesn’t feel willing, I might do stretches for 30 to 40 minutes," she said. "Like everybody, I have good days and not-so-good days. I really believe you have to listen to your body.”

That certainly seems to explain how she got those super strong legs!

“All you have to do is move,” she told Vogue. “People think that you have to go to the gym and you have to do 3,000 pounds of weight all the time, but you don’t." One of her fave at-home workout tools is The Suzanne Somers ThighMaster.

Sharon shared how she checks-in with herself daily in the Vogue interview: “We have to ask ourselves, ‘Have we contributed to our body wellness, our mental wellness, and our spiritual wellness today?’”

Sharon strengthens her mind with meditation. "Usually, I just sit at my meditation table in front of my bedroom couch, ring my bowl, and read from my texts," she told Vogue. "I have a variety of different Buddhist stuff, including a Buddhist book of lessons and these Buddhist scriptures by Bukkyo Dendo Kyokai that I look at."

When it comes to her diet, Sharon keeps things clean. Back in 2017, she told WebMD that she was eating a gluten-free diet, and also was avoiding caffeine. She also rarely drinks alcohol.

Enjoy the sun, Sharon!
