  • Sharon Osbourne reveals she had a “horrendous” facelift that left her looking like a “cyclops.”

  • The 69-year-old claimed her eyes didn’t look the same, and her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, offered to pay for it to be redone.

  • “I had a full facelift done in October and I looked like one of those f-ing mummies that they wrap (with bandages),” she said.

Sharon Osbourne isn’t one to shy away from speaking her mind. The 69-year-old often shares relatable struggles with fans, like her candid comments about weight gain struggles due to the pandemic, or going back and forth on hair color—like parting ways with her signature red hair for an all-white look. But in a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Osbourne delved a bit deeper than hair color and weight loss. This time, she opened up about a facelift that went terribly wrong.

Osbourne went into surgery for what she thought would be a routine facelift, but instead, she says it turned out to be a disaster. “I had a full facelift done in October and I looked like one of those f-ing mummies that they wrap (with bandages),” she said in the interview. “It hurt like hell. You have no idea.”

She told The Sunday Times the procedure lasted for five and a half hours, and when it was over, she said it was so bad, that her eyes didn’t even look the same. “You’ve got to be f-ing joking,” she said to her surgeon at the time. “I looked like an f-ing Cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback.’”

Her husband of 40 years, Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne, was so astonished by the results that he told her he’d pay to get it redone. “I don’t care how much it costs, we’ll get it redone,” she recalled Ozzy telling her. Since the incident, Sharon says her face is “settling now,” and she is happier with how she looks.

This isn’t the first time Sharon has opened up about going through plastic surgery. In 2019, the mom of three revealed on The Talk that she has gone through many cosmetic procedures, and she had just booked another “I’m having it in August so when we come back to film in September, I will have a new face,” she said at the time.

While Sharon ended up leaving The Talk after defending Piers Morgan after he made comments about Meghan Markle’s mental health issues, her new interview with The Sunday Times looks to move past this.

And now, Sharon is in the news again after revealing that her husband, Ozzy, has tested positive for COVID-19.

“I spoke to him and he’s okay. I am very worried about Ozzy right now,” she said on Thursday’s episode of The Talk, her new U.K.-based show. “We’ve got two years without him catching COVID and it’s just Ozzy’s luck he would get it now.”

In late 2020 Sharon revealed her 3-year-old granddaughter tested positive for COVID-19 and in early 2021, Sharon opened up about her own COVID-19 diagnosis and brief hospitalization. Both have since fully recovered.

We’re glad to hear Sharon is happier with her look and we’re hoping for a swift recovery for Ozzy!
