Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green Respond to Claims they Stormed Out of DWTS

So, Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green were voted off Dancing with the Stars this week, and everyone appears to be under the impression that they stormed off the set thanks to the fact that they didn't do post-show elimination interviews.

“I just wanted to clean something up real quick because I think this is said in a couple of press releases, we didn’t leave before press started, we did wait a good 30 minutes on the Zoom link greenroom waiting for everyone to do press,” Sharna reportedly said via Instagram Stories. “But nothing came through to us, apparently there was a big mix-up with the Zoom links last night. And then we had to go to the people that were getting us out of our wigs and [makeup]. … There were people waiting for us to do that.”

Meanwhile, Brian added “So we weren’t, like, salty and wanting to fucking storm out of there" and Sharna agreed, saying “No one is salty. Everyone in the competition is absolutely amazing and we are deeply grateful for our time on it.”

Sharna and BAG's elimination came after they were criticized for showing too much PDA during their performances. They got a low score during Monday night's performance of "Someday My Prince Will Come," where judge Len Goodman revealed he wasn't on board with “kissing and cuddling and messing about," saying "I wanted to see a much more traditional waltz,” while Bruno Tonioli added "Sometimes too much sweetness gives you a toothache."

Sharna responded to "showmance" rumors a week before, saying that she and BAG are simply in love!
