  • Serena Williams just dropped the most adorable video on Instagram.

  • In the clip, the 40-year-old tennis G.O.A.T. is engaging in a playful (but intense) lightsaber duel with her daughter. And I just have to say, Serena's legs couldn't look stronger.

  • So how does she stay so fit? Well, she does a lot of conditioning work and trains on the reg. And she even does yoga.

Serena Williams is #momgoals on so many levels—including the fact that she knows every Disney princess song by heart and her mommy-and-me outfit choices are totally on point. Well, Serena just topped herself with an epic lightsaber battle with her daughter, Olympia—and it’s everything.

"Single-camera one-shot battle royal with @olympiaohanian," Serena captioned the new Instagram video.

In the clip, the 40-year-old tennis G.O.A.T. is carrying out a full-blown double-fisted duel with her 4-year-old. The two totally trade Star Wars-themed smack talk as they duke it out. And, it’s worth noting, Serena is having a total strong legs and arms moment as she swings away.

Naturally, Serena's followers were all over it in the comments. "Olympia won that. 10/10 Would not challenge her," one wrote. "That little Jedi has some serious skills. ❤️❤️❤️❤️," chimed another. And hubby Alexis Ohanian simply offered, "Someone put some lightsaber VFX and SFX on this please."

Obviously, Serena gets a pretty intense workout on the tennis court. "I have been asked what keeps me motivated to continue playing tennis," she told Harper's Bazaar. "To me, the answer is simple: I love the sport."

But tennis isn’t ~all~ she does. Serena dropped an Instagram video in May 2020 that showed herself and her sister, fellow tennis great Venus Williams, going through a 30-minute yoga workout that she referred to as her “warm-up.”

“I’m excited to walk you guys through what I like to call a warm-up, but it’s a little intense, so be safe,” she said as a heads up before the two went through a bunch of arm- and leg-strengthening moves. In the end, Serena announced, "I’m going to go do some cardio," because of course she did.

Serena's even given us a BTS peek at some of her strength training days—and dang! She worked through a ton of impressive footwork, followed by planks, resistance band training, and a bunch of core-tightening moves.

Of course, Serena eats well, too. She previously told Women's Health that her philosophy is "eat to live. Don't live to eat." She added that "I want to have a healthy lifestyle," which includes "a lot of greens and mostly plant-based" foods.

One thing you won't spot her eating on the reg? Pasta. Serena shared that she only eats pasta when she's playing or training. "Usually, you'll never see me eating pasta otherwise. 'Cause I feel like I've had to eat it so much in my career. It's just like, I never want to see pasta again," she shared.
