Child seriously injured after semi and car collide in Cuyahoga Falls; Graham Road now open

A child was seriously hurt when a car and a semitractor collided head-on Sunday at Graham Road and Hudson Drive in Cuyahoga Falls.

The child, who was not identified, was taken to Akron Children's Hospital with serious injuries, according to a news release from the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department.

Cuyahoga Falls police and the Summit Metro Crash Response Team are investigating the accident.

The road remained closed as of Sunday evening as investigators worked to clear the scene.

As of 7:40 a.m. Monday, Graham Road reopened.
