Blair credits her horse with helping to keep her grounded.

Selma Blair has had quite the past month or so, captivating audiences in this season of Dancing With The Stars until she voluntarily left the competition because of injuries.

Luckily, Blair finds comfort and solace by spending time with her horse, Mr. Nibbles, and she shared sweet photos of the two on social media alongside an earnest message.

Posting two photos of herself and Mr. Nibbles on Instagram, Blair wrote about the "playfulness and gorgeous energy" of her horse that helps her deal with stress and anxiety.

She said, "When I have lost the plot, when I am treading water, my horse, Mr. Nibbles is a force greater than myself, grounding me here. When thoughts go haywire, when I lose my speech, holding onto this one clears my anxiety and loves me back."

Blair finished the message by highlighting her love for all animals, saying, "Thank you all creatures great and small."

In the first picture, Blair is hugging her horse and smiling at the camera, while the second picture shows the actress kissing the horse.

Mariska Hargitay commented, "You are love," while Michelle Pfeiffer wrote, "Hi gorgeous one❤️."

Her Dancing With The Stars partner, Sasha Farber, commented a few emojis, "🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️."

Guidice was sent home early on, but Donovan is still in the running for the Mirrorball Trophy.

She wrote, "Oh the places I've been! But I never considered I would be in a dance rehearsal space for a live @disneyplus ballroom dance show. And I loved every single second of it."

"Having an 'atta girl' from so many people in my life and on here and in the @dancingwiththestars 🪩 world has changed me for the better. And always to @sashafarber1 for being my first and only partner. All love. 💜," she concluded.
