During Selling Sunset season one, Mary Fitzgerald helped actor Taye Diggs (who is also co-star Amanza Smith's ex) find a new home. Now, she has another notable celebrity client with a house that's definitely *unforgettable.* During an Access All Areas interview on FUBAR Radio (UK) this week, Fitzgerald revealed to hosts Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng that she had just acquired the listing for the home of rapper Karim Kharbouch, better known as French Montana.

Previously listed for $6.6 million in January 2020 with Douglas Elliman (yup, that's where co-star Davina Potratz now works), the five-bedroom, six-bathroom Calabasas property is currently listed with the Oppenheim Group for $5 million. Back in 2016, Montana shelled out $3.3 million for this Mediterranean-style gem to another famous singer, Selena Gomez. Over the years, he added a $400,000 recording studio in the guesthouse and painted over some of the walls.

The home includes five fireplaces, a gym, a breakfast nook area, a formal dining room, a full bar, a large pantry, a wine cellar, and a movie theater. There's also a backyard perfect for entertaining—it's complete with a pool, spa, cabana, and brick pizza oven. Part of the Mureau Estates gated community, which has a total of 11 luxury estates, it is ideal for an A-lister trying to escape the public eye. A built-in surround sound system, security cameras, a 4-zone heating and cooling system, and solar panels are among some of the home's other noteworthy amenities.

Love Selling Sunset? So do we. Let's keep up with all the juicy drama together.

"We’re going to sell this immediately! I know it. Too much house for the $$$," Jason Oppenheim commented on an Instagram post Fitzgerald shared on Tuesday announcing the news. Fans replied to Oppenheim asking if this sale would be featured on the show. While he stayed quiet, Fitzgerald shared during her radio interview that there was a good chance: “I think he probably will, yeah. He's open to it," she said.

Now that's a guest appearance I didn't know I wanted until now. Here's to hoping that Fitzgerald will have much better luck that Potratz did with the infamous that $75 million listing (yeah, it's still for sale). You can read up on Selling Sunset season four here.
