Since season three of Selling Sunset dropped on Netflix, there have been some changes within the team at the Oppenheim Group. Most surprisingly, Brett Oppenheim quietly left the brokerage and started his own business, Oppenheim Real Estate. In addition to Brett's big move, it has been confirmed that one other agent will also be leaving.

In an exclusive interview on Wednesday, Davina Potratz told People that she will be leaving her role at the Oppenheim Group and joining rival real estate company Douglas Elliman, where she'll work on the Beverly Hills team.

"I’m really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division," she told the outlet. Potratz explained that she was approached by the firm with an offer that she couldn't turn down. "It’s not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision."

During season three of the series, Potratz hinted that she was unhappy with her role and was qualified to take on bigger projects. While at a housewarming party at Brett’s new apartment, Potratz and Jason butted heads over the Group's $75,000,000 listing. After three months of trying to sell, Jason wanted to walk away from the listing, while Potratz felt it was too early.

"Jason always forgets that I have a broker's license, which is a higher degree license than someone who is just an agent,” she said during the episode. Potratz explained that she could technically open her own brokerage and run her own business, but stayed at the Oppenheim Group because she enjoyed working with a small team. "But I wish Jason would give me the respect I deserve,” she said.

Whether Potratz’s frustration with Jason led to her decision to leave is unclear; however, she told People that this new role "is a wonderful opportunity for me" that is "very in tune with my skills."

In terms of Selling Sunset, "I certainly hope that I’m still part of the cast," she said. Currently, Netflix has not announced a fourth season for the reality real estate original series. "We haven’t filmed anything. There’s no confirmation. We just don’t know anything," said Potratz.
