Seeing as Selling Sunset is in its fifth season, it's safe to say we can't get enough of The Oppenheim Group employees. From Christine Quinn and Emma Hernan's fall out to Chrishell Stause and Jason's relationship, we are fully emerged in the goings on of their lives. Which means we're also interested to know about their net worths.
Yep, while the real estate agents spend a lot of their time selling incredible homes to the rich and famous, they're also living fairly luxurious lives themselves. You only have to look at the amount of Chanel they wear around the office, after all.
So, how much is each member of the Selling Sunset cast worth? Here's what we found out.
Christine Quinn - $1.5 million
The self-announced villain of Selling Sunset is reportedly worth $1.5m, according to Women's Health, thanks to her sponsorship deals with makeup brand Ciaté and shoe collection with Shoe Dazzle, as well as her real estate commissions. She's also married to tech mogul Christian Richard, who is reportedly worth $20 million.
Chrishell Stause - $5 million
Apparently, Chrishell is one of the richest of the Selling Sunset agents, thanks to some high commissions from her properties and also her acting career in Days Of Her Lives. Reports also claim she can charge the highest for a sponsored Instagram post, thanks to her 3.3 million followers, and has had partnerships with the likes of Lipsy and Adobe. Chrishell paid $3.3 million for her home in the Hollywood Hills in 2021, House Beautiful reports.
Mary Fitzgerald - $1 million
Mainly down to her commission from selling houses, Mary is worth a cool $1m dollars, according to MyImperfectLife. She and husband Romain Bonnett have also recently started a business flipping houses, where they hope to do up properties and sell them on quickly to make a profit.
Chelsea Lazkani - $500,000
According to Express, Chelsea's net worth is about half a million dollars. Back in 2017, Lazkani actually worked as a business strategist and solar analyst with companies in the oil and gas industry, leaving to get her real estate license five years ago. Before working for The Oppenheim Group, Chelsea was working in real estate for Rodeo Realty. Her husband Jeff Lazkani is a Managing Partner for Icon Media Direct.
Heather Rae Young El Moussa - $3 million
The Sun report Heather's high net worth is down to her real estate commissions. Evoluted claim Heather sold houses totalling $11,914,000 from season 1 to 3 and took home an estimated $281,677. Not bad. She is also married to real estate investor, Tarek El Moussa, who apparently has a net worth of around $15million.
Maya Vander - $1 million
Maya, who may or may not be returning for season six of Selling Sunset, has two real estate agent jobs - one atThe Oppenheim Group in LA and one at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami. She splits her time between selling property in both locations. Impressive.
Amanza Smith - $1 million
Before gaining her real estate licence and joining The Oppenheim Group as a realtor, Amanza was an interior designer and stager, who would get homes ready to be sold. She also worked as a model, before joining the cast in season three. And now we couldn't imagine the show without her!
Davina Potratz - $2 million
Imagine what Davina's net worth would be if she sold that $75 million listing, eh? Davina has a history of working in journalism and sales, before joining The Oppenheim Group in 2018 as Director of New Development/Broker Associate. Most recently in season five of Selling Sunset, fans saw her fall out with new agent Chelsea Lazkani, over claims she was being fake with her friendship with Christine.
Emma Hernan - $3 million
The majority of Emma's wealth reportedly doesn't come from commission from selling real estate. Instead, she has her own plant-based frozen food company called Emma Leigh & Co, which sells empanadas, and has done a lot of modelling over the years. She also joined The Oppenheim Group back in 2018, despite only joining Selling Sunset in season four, and has over 2 million Instagram followers.
Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim net worth - $50 million each!
According to Bustle, Jason and Brett are worth $50 million each! Jason Oppenheim joined his great-great-grandfather’s firm, Stern Realty Co. (originally founded in 1889) and rebranded it as The Oppenheim Group, before twin Brett joined the company. The pair have had extremely wealthy and famous clients over the years, long before Selling Sunset the show even existed.
