From Cosmopolitan

  • Selena Gomez’s former Calabasas mansion is officially on the market again.

  • The house is selling for $6.6 million, which is honestly less than I’d expect after seeing the fancy home-tour pics.

Welcome back to another episode of Ah, so This Is How the Other Half Lives! I’m your host, and today, we are heading to the ever-so-lush town of Calabasas to see where Kim Kardashian once rested her head. Alright, JK—we’ve been there and done that with Kim’s former mansion tour. Today, we’re taking an inside look at Selena Gomez’s previous home, where rapper French Montana apparently also used to live?!? We’ll get to that in a second—let’s dive in!

Selena’s mansion clocks in at a whopping 7,786 square feet, which is INSANE. To put that into perspective, this house is more than one thousand times the size of my sad little NYC apartment space. (It’s okay, I am fine!!) Her former estate resides on three acres of land, which means that while living there, Selena had ample amount of space to stretch her legs. Look at how gorgeous this Mediterranean-style property is:

This ~custom~ home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and five fireplaces (despite the glaring fact that California is almost always warm). But since that isn’t enough of a flex, there’s also a gym, movie theater, wine cellar, gourmet chef’s kitchen, and guest house. After Selena lived here, French Montana scooped up the property and spent a whopping $400,000 on renovations to turn the guest house into a music studio. Cool-cool, normal.

If this looks amazing to you and you happen to have casual millions lying around, today is your lucky day. Gabriel Palmrot from Douglas Elliman is listing the home for a cool $6.6 million. Anyone have $6.575 million I could borrow?
