Everyone knows the name Selena Gomez, but the singer, actress, and producer is now reportedly making sure that she's the only Selena Gomez out there. According to TMZ, Selena has filed legal papers to state that no one else can use her name.

Specifically, the documents outline that no other person can use the name Selena Gomez while appearing on live TV or film, as well as while making music. TMZ also reports that she wants to own the rights to all fan club services in her name, which would prevent people from creating a fan group for any other Selena Gomez that might exist.

But Selena's legal documents contain one other important detail that's especially of interest: She has also requested the right to trademark her name for a jewelry line. This might mean that we'll be able to wear accessories in the near future that were designed by Selena. Considering how stylish she is in her everyday life, we have a feeling that whatever she creates will be super cute.
