Selena Gomez got real about her love life while promoting her much-anticipated new makeup line Rare Beauty.

In a sit-down interview with makeup artist Nikkie de Jager, who goes by NikkieTutorial on YouTube, the "Lose You to Love Me" singer revealed her favorite music video glam look ("I Can't Get Enough"), best red carpet moment (maroon eye-shadow and a Givenchy dress at the 2015 American Music Awards), and why she's definitely not interested in dating right now (despite the release of her new song "Boyfriend").

"It’s hard in quarantine!" Gomez told de Jager, clarifying that this wasn't an "invitation" for anyone.

“It’s just funny that I release things that say I want a boyfriend and stuff," she said. "And I’m like, ‘I didn’t really mean it, though. Guys are a lot of work."

“Every one of my exes thinks I’m crazy,” she added. “So, I don't care.”

Gomez, who sings about the frustrations of dating in "Boyfriend," has previously made it clear she's not looking for a relationship right now.

"Many of you know how excited I’ve been to release a song called 'Boyfriend,'" she wrote on an Instagram Story in April. "It’s a lighthearted song about falling down and getting back up time and time again in love, but also knowing that you don’t need anyone other than yourself to be happy."

"We wrote it long before our current crisis, but in the context of today, I want to be clear that a boyfriend is no where near the top of my list of priorities," she continued. "Just like the rest of the world, I’m praying for safety, unity, and recovery during this pandemic."

Gomez did reveal to de Jager that when she meets the right person, her current makeup artist and close friend Hung Vanngo will be in charge of her look for the big day—yes, that big day.

"He'll be doing my makeup for my wedding!" Gomez said, with the caveat: "Never going to happen."
