The first trailer for the much anticipated live-action version of the Disney classic Lady and the Tramp has arrived.

Fans caught a glimpse of the film, which features actual dogs and the voices of Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux as Lady and Tramp, on Friday at the D23 Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. It’ll be exclusively available on the Disney+ streaming service when it launches Nov. 12.

Disney released an image from the flick just before dropping the trailer.

Lady and the Tramp also features the voices of iconic actor Sam Elliott, one of the stars of 2018’s blockbuster A Star Is Born, as Trusty, and singer/actress Janelle Monáe, who was last seen in the HBO limited series Homecoming, as Peg. Cast members who portray people in the family-friendly movie include Yvette Nicole Brown (Community), as catlover Aunt Sarah, and Thomas Mann (The Highwaymen), as Jim Dear.

The story will once again depict the romance between a ritzy dog from an upscale home and a pup with street smarts.

No matter what people think of the movie’s plot, animal lovers will likely be drawn to the adaptation of the 1955 animated classic. All the pups featured were rescued from shelters, and they all found homes once filming ended.

Immediately after the trailer was released, Disney fans sounded off on Twitter. The clip was a real tearjerker for some. Others simply found it adorable.

Jock’s already a fan favorite!

Even some of the people opposed to Disney’s live-action remakes were won over by the dogs.
