There's a reason many of woke up at 4:30 am EST to watch the Royal Wedding 2018: It was to see who would be attending and what they would be wearing. Guests like George and Amal Clooney, Oprah, Serena Williams, and Priyanka Chopra, had to be in the church by 6:00AM EST, so this was not a long, drawn-out red carpet event. Guests stepped out of their cars and walked directly into the church, so it was hard to see the details. But when it comes to Chopra's hair and makeup, you want to see the details of her look. Luckily, her makeup artist and hairstylist posted BTS images of the Hollywood star on their Instagrams accounts.
Makeup artist Pati Dubroff used makeup shades in the purple, pink, and mauve family — all of the products being from Chanel Beauty. On the eyes, she applied a shimmery orchid-purple shadow that was lighter along the lash line and got progressively darker as it stretched up to her brows. Her cheeks were and lips were the same shade of mauvy-pink. While Dubroff didn't specify exactly which Chanel shades she used, she did post a picture of her tools on her Instagram.
Dubroff used a bunch of different products to create the ombré pink and purple eye. First, the Chanel Multi-Effect Quadra Eyeshadow palette in Tissé Cambon (pictured above) on the outer corners of her eyes. "I also used the pink shades from the Tissé Cambon palette mixed with Ombre Première Longwear Powder Eyeshadow in Rose Synthetique to create a gradation of pale pink shine in the inner corners," Dubroff says. "In the center her lids, I applied the Joues Contraste Powder Blush in Rosewood for a pop of bright pink and finished with a coat of Le Volume de Chanel Mascara in Noir.
She used the same shade of blush for Chopra's cheeks, and mixed two shades of the Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous Matte Lipstick formula: La Raffinee and La Romanesque.
It was hard to see what was going on underneath her massive Philip Treacy fascinator (which have a long history in the U.K.), but luckily, hairstylist Ken O'Rourke shared a photo of Chopra standing in profile. In addition to a full bouquet tucked underneath the brim of her hat, her hair was smoothed into a beautiful low knot.
Chopra has been killing it on the red carpet lately, so it's no surprise her wedding guest beauty and fashion is also on point.
