Anniversaries are always a fun time. The third and most successful of the Griswold family series, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation follows the eccentric crew on their shenanigan-packed "vacation." Clark is just trying to give his family a happy Christmas and earn that extra holiday dough at work when his efforts get thwarted by the arrival of his extended family. And as we know from research, having a family stay over during the holidays can definitely cause frustrations to rise, not always delivering the the hap-hap-happiest of Christmases.
