In 2018, Rachael Ray put her Hamptons house on the market for $4.69 million. Now, the celebrity chef is officially parting ways with her home, selling it for $3.25 million.
Located in the Tuckahoe hamlet of Southampton, the property spans more than six acres. The main house, which was built in 1976, is about 3,000 square feet. The single-story home features an open concept living and dining area, three en-suite bedrooms, a media area, and, of course, a gourmet kitchen. Read on to take a look inside the stunning home.
The kitchen features gray countertops, white cabinetry, and a small island. Next to a large window, there's built-in seating.
The airy living area, which gets lots of natural light, has high ceilings and a fireplace.
The living and adjacent dining area both have glass doors that open to the spacious backyard.
Outside, there's spacious stone patio with a white pergola. With plenty of seating, it's the perfect place to lounge in the summer. It's also right near the large gunite swimming pool.
Across the main residence, there's a four-room pool house, complete with a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Its entrance has a small patio and pergola.
Along with a one-bedroom cottage in the northern area of the property, there are two single and separate lots that are adjacent to the Southampton Golf Club.
Angela Boyer Stump was the listing agent, and Sotheby’s International Realty also represented the buyer.
