The Emmy award-winning chef once shared the Colonial-style property with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Sandra Lee, an Emmy award-winning chef and television personality, is selling the Westchester, New York, home she once shared with her former partner, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, for $1.59 million. And this isn't the only real estate deal Lee has made headlines for this week, as she just purchased an oceanfront property in Malibu for $3.38 million.
The sprawling Mount Kisco residence first hit the market in May 2019 with an asking price of $2 million, so only time will tell if the lower asking price will lure the right buyer. Known as Lily Pond, the Colonial-style property is situated on three acres and offers breathtaking views. It's a true retreat, boasting a naturally fed creek, pond, and waterfall. Inside, you'll find four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a powder room. The spacious layout—which showcases an assortment of timeless neutral hues—includes three dining areas, two living rooms, walk-in closets, a gym, and more.
See below for a tour of the elegant property, which was built in 1950. Melissa Colabella of William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
whozit: How much is $100 million to replace the two spy planes, in the grand scheme of things, when compared to the trillion dollars trump's tax cuts added to the national debt, or compared to the billions wasted by the Pentagon each year. Example, the Navy is scrapping its littoral combat ship program after only four of the planned 60 vessels have been delivered. Not needed, says top brass, after how many billions were wasted in design, development and procurement. The excuses to pull further away and isolate ourselves from our European and Pacific allies are absurd and flimsy and will leave the US more exposed by having to solely bear security responsibilities that were once shared More importantly though, the trump administration once again puts allies in a position of having to proceed with a North Atlantic and Western European alliance which does not include the United States. Pulling out of Open Skies can only be viewed as trump walking away from agreements and obligations where he doesn't have the ability to set the agenda or force his will. All one need do is look at the UN-Iran nuclear deal he walked away from because he thought he could bring Iran to its knees all by himself.
