If watching a bunch of dudes play a sport on horseback sounds almost impossibly old-fashioned to you, we get it. Polo is one of those sports that even sports fanatics tend to view as obscure. But perhaps it's that very old-fashioned vibe that makes polo such a fun sport to dress for. The 10th annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles was proof: A host of celebrities, TV stars and influencers showed up for the occasion on Saturday in attire that felt old school in a classic kind of way.

For the women present, that meant a lot of uber femme dresses. There was an embroidered frock by Zimmermann worn by Regina Hall, a floral maxi by Amur donned by Lea Michele, a cheery yellow Lela Rose number for Mandy Moore, a sexy white Jacquemus piece on Rachel Bilson and a bright pink minidress by The Vampire's Wife for Busy Philipps. Even Julia Roberts, who opted for a pants set, chose to do so in a polka-dotted Michael Kors Collection number that felt like a throwback in its own way.

See what all these celebs and more wore to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in the gallery below.
