Listed with Compass for $3.5 million, the shingled home is ideally situated on a prime waterfront lot overlooking Gardiners Bay. Tucked behind a pair of grand iron gates, the century-old house has a rustic vibe, with wooden decks on two sides and ample surrounding lawn space that connects to a private beach.
In addition to its star-worthy views, the home is also a catch thanks to its refreshingly unique interiors.
