Unsettling activity caught on camera outside teen's house: 'Better luck next time'

As most heist movies suggest, one of the most important things you can do when trying to escape somewhere undetected is check for cameras.

TikTok user andrew.maghak explained in a video that he and his friends wanted to sneak out of his house one night, but they failed to account for his house’s security system.

“We thought we were in the clear,” he said.

The next day, his mom sent him security camera footage of his group of friends looking directly into the camera, then another shot of them very slowly army-crawling along the fence.

“Update: we’re all grounded,” he wrote in the comments.

Many TikTok users were confused about the whole situation.

“Why r y’all crawling,” one said.

“When he tapped on your shoulder and y’all looked straight at the camera i-,” another wrote.

Others were just impressed by their dedication.

“Well. better luck next time lmao,” one wrote.

“I can’t wait to have kids not to prevent from sneaking out but laughing at them while they do,” another said.

Andrew.maghak shared a second video about his predicament, and though he did not shed light on the decision to army crawl, he asked his followers not to let the video “flop” so his mom will “unground” him.
