The Second KKW Beauty x Mario Palette Is Coming — Here's a Sneak Peek [Updated]

UPDATE (June 6, 2018): Since Trendmood1 posted what appeared to be a sneak peek of a brand new KKW x Mario palette, the Instagram account has updated the post to say that for now, a new palette will not be happening. Additionally, a representative from KKW Beauty's PR team has contacted Allure to confirm the new that there will be no round two collaboration between Kardashian and Dedivanovic for now and asked us to update the post. However, the two will continue working together to create gorgeous looks, of course, and that's always a good thing.

The partnership between Kim Kardashian and Mario Dedivanovic goes back a decade to 2008, when, according to an interview with Fashionista, Dedivanovic first worked with Kardashian to do her makeup for the cover of a magazine. This was around the time she was first beginning to become a household name in the U.S., and the two soon began working together more and more frequently — they just clicked on that first shoot, and the rest is history. Now, they've successfully built empires side by side, including the launch of their first KKW x Mario collaboration, and according to a new post from Instagram account Trendmood1, it looks like another eye shadow palette could be on the way soon.

The original collaboration, which launched in early April, included not only a 10 Pan Eye Shadow Palette but also a Créme Lipstick and two High Shine Glosses. The most iconic item of the set is the eye shadow palette, which includes four matte shades and six shimmer shades, one of which was inspired by Kardashian's zodiac sign. Until now, the two have been silent about expanding their collaboration, but Trendmood1 has just posted what looks like it could be a sneak peek of another upcoming KKW x Mario palette.

The post from Trendmood1 shows a composite of three different photos, which show the original KKW x Mario palette, another eye shadow palette, and what looks like an as-of-yet unreleased palette with KKW x Mario branding on the cover. Though it's the same shape as the original eye shadow palette, it could also be a blush or highlighter palette, or a full face palette — or maybe it's just new packaging for the original 10 Pan Eye Shadow Palette. Either way, it likely means something new is on the way from these two beauty superstars, so keep your eyes peeled.
