Without a doubt, one of the weirdest celebrity moments to come out of 2020 was the interaction between Megan Barton-Hanson and Scott Disick.
ICYMI, Scott messaged Megan on Instagram out of the blue, telling her to apologise to Eyal Booker over the way she treated him during Love Island. Many fans were left questioning whether the messages were fake, lapping up Megan's reply and and wondering how on earth Scott even knows about Eyal/Megan/the ITV2 show.
Now, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has taken the friendship one step further, posting pics from a recent lunch with Eyal on Instagram. The 37-year-old posted a throwback with the caption, "Private 🍣 dinner. Doctor approved and Marked safe #throwback with the boys."
Eyal commented, "Great food, great company🥂 Sushiya later Scotty D."
As well as racking up 285,000 likes, many of the comments on the photo questioned how Eyal and Scott became friends. "Df you doing hanging with Eyal 😭" one person wrote, while another added, "How on earth does he know mim from Love Island hahaha."
Someone else said, "Is that Eyal???? Super effin random if it is."
The explanation is actually quite simple: Eyal is going out with Delilah Belle Hamlin, a 22-year-old influencer and model, while Scott is dating her younger sister Amelia Hamlin, who is 19. Their parents are Lisa Rinna, an actresss from Days of Our Lives and Melrose Place, and Harry Hamlin, an actor best known for Clash of the Titans and L.A. Law.
Bet that's a friendship you never saw coming.
