Big brands like Nike and Adidas are majorly credited for the movement toward athleisure clothing. With influencers wearing iconic Superstar sneakers and striped sweatsuits, their names are well-integrated when it comes to mainstream fashion. Now there’s a whole new brand joining the mix.
Touché LA is a label that was launched in 2015 by a married couple who recognized a need for activewear that could be appropriate for both fashion and function. But it wasn’t until the company’s most recent spring collection that the look really took off. Through a collaboration with Morgan Stewart, of Rich Kids of Beverly Hills and the blog Boobs and Loubs, Touché LA is now dressing all “it girls” in seamless, monochromatic workout sets in hues from bubblegum pink to canary yellow.
Stewart is the main wearer of Touché LA x Morgan Stewart, blasting photos of the chic set all over Instagram. But a number of A-listers are also jumping aboard — including Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, not to mention Olivia Culpo, Arielle Charnas, JoJo Fletcher, and Dorothy Wang. The colorful sports bras ($62-72, touchelosangeles.com) and leggings ($92-102, touchelosangeles.com) can also be mixed-and-matched for a multi-colored look.
The look is sleek and striking, which might make it more tempting to post an Instagram in the outfit rather than actually going to the gym. But you know what they say: Working out is more fun when you’re rocking a cute outfit.
