Sarah Snook's time on Succession may be over, but her life as a mother is just beginning.
On Monday, Sarah shared her reaction to watching the series finale of Succession with a personal and touching photo on Instagram.
In the photo, the side of Sarah’s head can be seen watching a TV screen that showed a picture of Matthew Macfadyen in the series. (Macfadyen played Tom Wambsgans, the husband of Sarah’s character Shiv Roy.) The photo also showed the top of a baby’s head facing Sarah.
“I just watched the final episode of the final season of something that has changed my life. And now, my life has changed again. Thank you for all the love and support,” she wrote.
The timing couldn’t have been more kismet, as Sarah first announced her pregnancy at the show’s Season 4 premiere in March.
On the red carpet, she showed off her baby bump.
Sarah’s pregnancy lined up with Shiv’s, who learns at the start of Season 4 that she’s expecting a child — her first — with Tom.
The final season, in part, chronicled the early stages of Shiv’s pregnancy, including Tom’s admittedly less-than-stellar reaction to the news.
Sarah reflected on the five or so years she spent working on the show in her Instagram caption.
Sarah noted in her caption that it'll be hard to top the "career highlight" of starring on the hit series.
Don't fret, Sarah will be back on screens soon. She's set to appear in the Apple TV+ film The Beanie Bubble (yes, it's about Beanie Babies) alongside Elizabeth Banks and Zach Galifianakis.
