White House press secretary Sarah Sanders admitted Tuesday that she had falsely stated that President Trump had tripled the number of jobs President Barack Obama created for black Americans.
Clarence: Whoever wrote this article either didn't know what they're talking about or they are lying. The special counsel didn't say that Congress can "prosecute". That is a matter that can be brought by the Dept. of Justice. Congress cannot prosecute -- and a legislative determination of guilt is prohibited by the constitution (its called a Bill of Attainder). The House can vote to impeach -- that is what is within the House's legal authority. They cannot prosecute a crime!
