Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are basically relationship goals. They've been together for practically forever now.

But being in a relationship doesn't always guarantee things will go smoothly. You may not agree on everything together, and maybe you don't even like doing certain things together. That's normal.

For Sarah and Freddie, that "thing," for a while at least, was watching movies with each other.

Sarah revealed all on a recent episode of The Graham Norton Show, which also featured The Sixth Sense director, M. Night Shyamalan, as a guest.

That last fact is important because it's Night's classic thriller, The Sixth Sense, that caused the cinematic rift between Sarah and Freddie.

OK, so, during a conversation about movie spoilers, Sarah revealed to Night that she accidentally spoiled the ending of The Sixth Sense to Freddie — and that it was "almost" hurtful to their relationship.

“We’re about 20 minutes into [the movie] and I said something, just like it popped up, like, ‘Is that...?'" she said while gesturing towards Night, indicating that she was talking about the film's twist.

“And my husband didn’t see a movie with me for 15 years.” Ouch!

Now, let's look at the bright side here: 15 years, while a long time, isn't forever — and, unless they saw The Sixth Sense in 2007 (when it had already been out for a while), there's a good chance they've watched movies together since.

Still, a word to the wise: zip it when it comes to the spoilers!
