Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams are moving into a new home as they prepare for ~married life~, and they threw the f*ck down. According to Variety, Sarah and Wells dropped $3.92 million on a "modern farmhouse" in Studio City, California. And it sounds verrrrry nice.

When you think "Farmhouse" something more modest and rustic might come to mind, but this is a two-story mansion with five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Basically, there's a bathroom for every person, and then some. Here's a delightful description from Variety of the home's excessive fanciness:

"There’s also a glassy walk-in wine closet, a formal dining room with a unique ebony hardwood ceiling treatment, and an eat-in kitchen with a Subaru-sized center island and a full accouterment of luxury stainless appliances."

On top of that, there's a theater with stadium seating, a pool, a spa, a gym, and ~guest quarters~.

Unclear when Sarah and Wells are moving in, but as of now they're self-isolating at a different, also fancy, $1.9 million house. Meanwhile, they've made the decision to postpone their wedding, with Wells telling Access Hollywood “There are no wedding plans. If [the pandemic] lasts really long, I think we might do a small backyard thing, but that’s probably not gonna happen. There’s too many famous ABC personalities that need to give us gifts.”
