How’s this for a plot twist: While Sarah Hyland is typically body-shamed by trolls who accuse her of being too skinny, she’s now catching flak for showing off some curves.
The Modern Family actress shared a series of paparazzi photos of herself, joking about the expressions on her face. But it wasn’t her face some so-called fans were looking at — it was her chest.

The 27-year-old actress doesn’t appear to be wearing a bra underneath her mustard yellow halter dress, and the resulting nipple display has sparked some negative reactions.
“Someone needs a bra,” read one comment, while others made body-shaming remarks about the size of her chest.
Some accused Hyland of posting the photos just for attention.
One self-identified fan claimed Hyland “knew exactly what she was doing and she knows showing her nipples would cause a freaking s***storm.”
“You’re not a rebel because you don’t wear a bra,” added another commenter who thought Hyland purposely shared the photos to stir up a reaction.
Many fans leaped to her defense with comments mocking the no-bra backlash.
“It’s like you guys have never seen nipples before,” read one comment.
“It’s almost like she’s a human — get this — nipples!” added another.
“I know it must be lonely under that rock you live in but out here in the real world women have boobs,” a commenter fired back at a troll who compared Hyland’s chest to “flap jacks.” “Also we don’t care for judgmental comments like that.”
