The trailer for the third and final Magic Mike movie, Magic Mike's Last Dance, dropped last month, giving viewers a first glimpse of what promises to be the biggest, most bombastic installment yet. Channing Tatum himself has claimed that this will be the "Super Bowl of stripper movies," which certainly raises expectations, but the most intriguing moment from the trailer revolves around an early scene between Tatum's Mike Lane and a new character played by Salma Hayek.

After meeting while Mike is tending bar, he soon confesses that he has a different skill-set entirely, and proceeds to give Hayek's character an intimate lap dance. And Hayek has now revealed that the scene was an intense one to film.

"It's very physically challenging," she recently told Entertainment Tonight. "My goodness. You just wait to see. It's just complicated."

Hayek took over the as-yet-unnamed role after Thandiwe Newton left the movie, and she offered some hints as to what people can expect from her character, and what her experience of working on the film was like. "I play a strong woman," she said. "You know what was my day going into the office? I would just sit around and watch, like, 12 men, semi-naked dancing and doing pirouettes. And I got to boss them around."

Prior to filming, Tatum started filming himself on Instagram to document his efforts to get back into peak performing shape after not dancing properly since 2015's Magic Mike XXL. And earlier this year, Hayek praised Tatum's progress and talents as a dancer, saying: "If you thought he could dance [before], you are going to realize you haven't seen anything. His dance skills — he just got better."
