Salma Hayek, 55, Posed Pantsless On IG—And Her Super Toned Legs Are Pure Muscle

Salma Hayek just took to Instagram to post the fiercest photos.

  • In new snaps, the 55-year-old Eternals star posed in an oversized Gucci shirt—and nothing else. And wow, she's got miles of incredibly toned legs!

  • To stay in such amazing shape, Salma does 30-minute workouts seven days a week. She also likes to incorporate physical activities into her daily life—such as walking her dog.

Salma Hayek just celebrated International Women’s Day, and she did not hold back.

Naturally, she infused some serious style into the big day. In a new Instagram post, the 55-year-old Eternals star modeled a cool Gucci shirt—and nothing else. (Fun fact: Her husband, François-Henri Pinault, owns Gucci.) It’s kinda-totally impossible to miss the fact that Salma accessorized the whole thing with miles of super-toned legs.

“Today on #IWD2022, @Gucci debuts a special #GenerationEquality capsule collection under the banner of #ChimeForChange, Gucci’s longstanding global campaign to convene, unite and strengthen the voices speaking out for gender equality,” Salma wrote in the caption, before urging people to check it out.

People cheered her on in the comments. “You’re my superhero ❤️❤️❤️,” one person wrote. “Perfekt body 😍,” another said.

While Salma’s legs look like that, she’s been open about not exactly loving working out. In fact, she once told the New York Times that she’s not an “exercise person.” But still, she makes it a point to work out regularly.

Trainer Sara Shears told Shape that Salma works out up to seven days a week, with a focus on training sessions that last 30 minutes or less. Those include cardio and HIIT training, along with some strengthening moves.

Salma is also big into found fitness. She shared on Instagram in 2018 that she gets some cardio in by walking her dogs. "This is my version of exercise and these are my #dogs coaches... These are my trainers!" she wrote.

She also finds creative ways to activate her muscles through something she calls “restorative yoga.” “I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” she previously told People. “So even when you brush your teeth, you're working the muscles.”

Salma is also pretty chill about her eating style—and she’s totally open about it. “It doesn’t matter what my diet philosophy is because I don’t follow it. I don’t have the discipline,” she told the Times. That said, she doesn’t eat a lot of meat and she tries to eat healthier at some times more than others. It just doesn’t always stick. “I’m a craver—let’s face it,” she joked.

Asking for a friend: Do those legs come with that shirt?
